*Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits/PTO/401k*

*Job Description:* We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and have a strong background in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, or Family Law/Divorce. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of civil litigation cases, including personal injury and family law matters
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
* Draft and proofread legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
* Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, providing bilingual services in Spanish and English
* Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Support attorneys during trial preparation and court proceedings
*Requirements:*
* Associate's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, or Family Law/Divorce
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in legal research tools and software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
